Chicken Wings with Grilled Caesar Salad

⁃ Pat the chicken wings dry. Add salt, pepper, paprika, poultry seasoning, cayenne pepper and olive oil to the wings and mix well.

⁃ Rinse the romaine lettuce, cut in half and drizzle with oil.

⁃ Place the pre-soaked wood chips in the smoker box. Then install the smoker box on the side above the burner (see instructions).

⁃ Preheat your grill to about 375°F (190°C) using the rear burner as well.

⁃ Set the burners to minimum heat.

⁃ Place chicken wings into the Napoleon Grill. Grill the chicken wings for 40 minutes, flip every 10-15 minutes. Wings are ready when have reached an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

⁃ Grill the romaine lettuce on both sides for 2 minutes. It should stay crisp.

⁃ Melt the butter, chop the garlic and dill, mix everything and add the grated parmesan.

⁃ Pour the Parmesan sauce over the cooked chicken wings and mix well.

❂ Salad’s Sauce:

⁃ Place sour cream, mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, and garlic in a jar large enough to hold an immersion blender. Add salt, pepper and beat with a blender until smooth.

⁃ Pour the sauce over the grilled romaine lettuce and top with the croutons.

⁃ Place the wings next to it. Your dinner is ready. A glass of beer will be just right for this dish. Bon appetit!
