Philly Cheesesteak - From Philadelphia with Love

1. Chop Mushrooms and Onion.
2. Cut the Steak into thin slices.
3. Squeeze the head of Garlic into the oil (presumably heated in a pan).
4. Slice the Hoagie Roll and brush with Garlic Butter.
5. Fry the inside of the Roll until golden brown.
6. Fry the Mushrooms and Onion until tender.
7. Fry the Steak to your favorite condition (e.g., "well done" / until golden brown).
8. Add fried Mushrooms and Onion to the Steak, mix well.
9. Form a mound of the fried mix in a pan to the size of your Hoagie Roll.
10. Place 2 slices of Provolone cheese and 1 slice of American cheese on top of the mound.
11. Pour a little truffle oil over the cheese and mix.
12. Put the "Philly" mix inside the roll. (The most convenient way to do this is to put the opened roll on top of the fried mix in the pan and use a wide spatula to turn the roll over onto the filling).
